Swadhaar FinAccess
Unitus Capital served as financial adviser to Swadhaar FinAccess, a Mumbai-based MFI, for its equity private placement of INR100 million (~US$3 million) from ACCION Gateway Fund, Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, the Unitus Equity Fund, and a high-net-worth domestic Indian investor. 
Equitas
Unitus Capital served as financial arranger for Equitas, a Chennai-based MFI, for a US$13 million debt private placement with mainstream local and international commercial banks and development banks operating in India.
Asomi
Unitus Capital served as financial adviser to Asomi, an Assam-based MFI, for its equity private placement of INR35 million (~US$700,000) from Incofin.
Unitus Capital served as financial advisor to SKS Microfinance, the largest MFI in India, in successfully securitizing and selling INR1 billion (US$20 million) of portfolio, which had been disbursed to the economically weaker sections of society. The transaction got the highest safety rating, or P1+(so), assigned by CRISIL, the largest credit rating agency in India. Yes bank was the sole buyer.
Unitus Capital served as financial advisor to Grama Vidiyal, a Tamil Nadu based MFI and one of the market leaders in India, for its series B equity private placement of US$4.3 million from MicroVest II, Unitus Equity Fund I and Amar Foundation.
